Weekend One Word: Strength

And a quiet reminder, friends? I’d love to hear your story of the woman who has most influenced your faith journey. Would you consider blogging about her and entering your story into the #MyFaithHeroine contest? Entries must be submitted by October 22 – details here.

I know you’ve read about my heroine Myrtle. This verse was she!!! She was a tiny, unassuming lady, but wow! She was a mighty warrior, because she was quiet (resting in Him and not drawing attention to herself) and confident in her Captain! Jesus was her strength. Thank you for asking us to write about those women who have influenced us. You influence me, too, Michelle–greatly! And I hope your readers will read your new book. Just reading a “lady a day,” is a great way to have a mentor. Thank you for mentoring me.
    Love
    Lynn

I believe God made me a questioner and a wrestler for a reason, and I believe one of those reasons is so that I can connect more authentically with others.
